Today I want to share a personal lesson with you about achieving goals, especially challenging, long-term goals.

The funny thing is that I may have always known this lesson, but I never believed it. It wasn’t until I decided to try it one day that I started to see the amazing results and the real power. The lesson is very simple, but I believe that very few people put it into practice. So many people largely ignore its value.

The lesson is this: to achieve a challenging, demanding, long-term (>1 year) goal, you must write it down every day.
