Procrastination is a common problem for many people who have trouble doing what needs to be done. Overcoming #procrastination is challenging because beating procrastination is about changing personal #habits.
I have four suggestions for this: #thread

Overcoming procrastination:
1. Stop procrastinating by yourself. This method is the most difficult to follow because it involves trial-and-error and many failed attempts. There are more structured approaches that will help you overcome procrastination.

2. Attending procrastination seminars is an excellent way to learn about the topic. I have attended several of them (in my continuing education as a solopreneur), and they are often high-value for money.

By attending this type of seminar, you also feel good about yourself because you are doing something productive, but it is unlikely that these seminars will reach the root causes of your problem.

3. Many online courses are available to help you stop procrastinating from a personal perspective and as a professional. There are often differences between free courses and paid courses. So choose wisely.

Albert Einstein said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So if you do nothing, there’s a chance nothing will change.

Realize that whenever you continue procrastinating you may become stressed out because you know you’re not doing enough with your life.

4. Another tip to overcome procrastination is to try implementing a reward system. This way, you get to enjoy something nice after you’ve followed through on a task that would have otherwise been avoided.
